• The site could organize the contracts and information in relation to the state or the particular practice (like giving out food).
• This practice will give resources to needy people while cutting down on the waist of goods and services.

Other ways to do this:

• Form an organization that generates federal legislation and interacts with congress to enact these tort reforms on a national level. This will benefit politicians looking to align themselves with the progressive movement or whom want to make steps toward tort reform.

Meta: Someone should bring a suit to the insurance companies for limiting the ability of organizations to conduct this kind of work.
